How we are?

Ragol Inversiones, S.L. is part of the AFHA® consultancy and advice group, dedicated to company consultancy since 1982. It came about as a result of the need to speed up the procedures involved in creating companies and businesses.

Ragol Investments’ sole activity is constituting commercial organizations until they are registered on the Business Register and then offering them for sale, as well as making whatever arrangements are needed as a result of their acquisition of the company, such as change of administrator, address, name, corporate purpose, increase in capital, company incorporation in Spain, etc.

Ragol guarantees that the company has never been active nor involved in commercial trade and is up to date with debt payments and tax obligations.

Its founder members are AF Fiscalistas, S.L. and Asesores Laborales AF, S.L., two firms which have strengthened their position in the area of financial, accounts, labour and commercial consultancy, being composed of qualified members with extensive experience of company consultancy, both autonomous and private.
